Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

As our business grows, we may expand our shipping services to additional countries and regions. Any updates to our shipping destinations will be reflected on this page.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 9 business days on average
  • Maximum Expected Delivery Time: Up to 15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically delivered through Evri or other trusted delivery partners, depending on your location and logistical requirements.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at contact@ergotru.com.

Upon verification of the loss, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, please contact us.

Where a delivery delay exceeds 30 days and the package cannot be located, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if applicable)

If the product itself is damaged during transit, we will provide a refund or replacement.

Please note that minor damage to external packaging alone does not qualify for a refund if the product remains fully functional and undamaged.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, we will make one additional attempt to resend the order at no extra cost.

If the replacement shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided again, additional shipping charges may apply before any further replacement can be sent.
